1. Call to order, 3:50pm Amy Gompert
   1. Introduction of members

2. Training presentation and overview of plan by Mr. England
   1. Video of changes to Community Councils for 2021-2022 year
   2. Discussion of the role of School Community Councils

3. Elect Chairpersons
   1. Lynne Graves nominated Amy Gompert as Chairperson and Whitney Pantone as Co-Chair - Hillary Evans 2^nd
   2. Vote called by Mr. England – all in favor, aye= unanimous

4. Finalize meeting dates for the year:

• 14, Nov. 9, Jan. 25, Feb. 15, Mar. 8

5. Collect names and emails from Council members to update the school website.

6. Adjourn – motion to adjourn 4:55pm by Amy Gompert, 2^nd by Lynne Graves
