• Call to order

4:00 PM - Amy Gompert motion to begin. Katrina Handsaker 2^nd

• Elect Chairpersons

Lynne Graves nominated Amy Gompert to be chairperson and Amiee Erickson to be co-chairperson. Jody Coy 2^nd Mr. England called for a vote: voting unanimous in favor for both.

• Training presentation and overview of plan by Mr. England
• - Reminder of Trust Land Plan and estimated expenditures for the 2020-2021 school year
• - Mention of the Internet safety training to be taught to students during the school year
• - Slides of Land Trust training will be emailed out
• - All members to watch a safety training video at home, sent by Lynne Graves
• Finalize meeting dates for the year.
• - 15, Nov. 17, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, Mar. 2, May 4 (Dinner)
• Adjourn
